Cannabis Cookies

This recipe is just a quick one to follow on from the cannabutter and infamous hash brownie recipe I posted recently. Even without the cannabutter, these cookies are amazing. Here goes:

Ingredients

Equipment

  • 4oz (115g) Cannabis Butter
  • 8oz (225g) Caster Sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1tsp vanilla essence
  • 5oz (150g) plain flour
  • 1/2tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 2oz (50g) Rice Crispies (or another crisped rice cereal)
  • 6oz (175g) chocolate chips
  • Kitchen Scales
  • Sieve
  • Large mixing bowl
  • Wooden spoon
  • Flat baking tray

Method

  1. First, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add the egg, vanilla essence, flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt and fold in.
  3. Next, add the cereal and chocolate and mix thoroughly.
  4. Drop small spoonfuls onto a greased baking tray, around 5cm/2in apart.
  5. Bake at 180ºC (350F or Gas Mark 4) for 10-12 minutes.

    I used “I can’t believe it’s not butter” the first time round… BIG mistake.

    Spend some good money on some good butter people. I’d rather spend an extra 20p than waste a good bag of bud -_-

    how long does it take for you to feel the effects? i smoke everyday, and ive never tryed eating anything with bud in it. does it give you more or less effect than smoking it?

    Me & my husband smoke skunk everyday. We spend alot of time with fellow smokers & often cook with “budder”. . . & love it!
    For the ultimate high, you won’t get a better result, than to eat it!
    Gently melt my butter in a jar, in a pan of simmering water.

    Blend around 1. 1/12 ounzes of trim in the food processor.

    Mix with the melted butter & leave stewing in the jar on a low heat for around 4 hours, making sure to keep the water level equal to the level of liquid within the jar.

    Leave to cool for 30 mins, then strain through an old cotton shirt into a food tub & chiil for 1 hour.

    Choose your favourite recepie & enjoy!

    Hey all, this is a really nice recipe however personally i change a few things around to make them realy goo-ey.
    For sugar, use light-brown sugar, google image it if your unsure what i mean, but only put 125g of it in, and use 100g of golden syrup.
    Instead of rice crispies i havent used anything to replace them but i’ve just put some in with 50g marshmellows instead 🙂
